All tanks must meet Australian standards and have a current hydrostatic (within 12 months) mark.
Our services are exclusively intended for use by certified scuba divers. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are a certified scuba diver in good standing. Each customer is obligated to provide valid proof of their scuba certification when using our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any customer’s access to our services if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a customer has failed to provide valid proof of scuba certification or is otherwise in violation of this requirement.
Only the customer who supplies the tank may collect the tank without prior approval by the operator.
All tanks, excluding air, must be marked accordingly.
Nitrox & Trimix Fills
Additional nitrox/helitrox/trimix certification must be provided before any non-air blends are provided.
The maximum oxygen percentage is capped at 40%, and higher percentage fills are not currently offered.
Nitrox mixes are made using continuous blending; the equipment is not considered oxygen clean, and any tanks filled should not have oxygen clean status unless the customer is willing to lose it.
Trimix fills are made with partial pressure helium and topped off with a continuous blend nitrox mix.
Before departure, the customer must analyse the tank’s contents with the operator and fill out the blend log. A contents sticker will then be applied to the tank.

Payment is due on collection, except when collection is by someone other then the customer.
