Every year, thousands of Giant Cuttlefish (Ascarosepion Apama) migrate to the rocky shallow reefs of the Upper Spencer Gulf, with a popular location to see this annual event being at Stony Point, out of Whyalla. This lone cuttlefish was seen early in the season searching the reef for others to mate with.
