How to order prints
Web store
Select prints and photobooks can be ordered directly on our web store. When your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order is being processed.
Email Ordering
For any print orders not available on the web store, you can make an order by emailing orders@armoriandiving.com.au. When making an email order, please provide the following information:
- Your name, mobile number, and email address
- Your postal address (PO boxes accepted)
- The prints you want to order, please provide one of the following methods of identifying the print
- Item code, which can be found here
- Link or screenshot of the Instagram post
- The type of print (canvas, card, or photo).
Email orders are issued an invoice for payment. Once paid, your order will be entered into the system, and you will receive an order confirmation email.
order processing and postage
Processing
Most products we sell are printed to order with an average print time of 1-2 weeks. We aim to start processing all orders within 24 hours of payment. All products are quality-controlled and given an official print sticker before being posted out to you.
If there’s a delay in processing, you will receive an email from orders@armoriandiving.com.au. Any scheduled delays will be displayed here and on the online store. The orders email will also have an automated response with details of the delay.
Postage
All products are fulfilled with Australia Post. Canvas prints, photobooks, and other large items are shipped as parcels and include tracking. Card prints, photo prints, and other small items are shipped by non-trackable post.
Once shipped, you will receive an email notifying you, with tracking if applicable. Once posted, your order is no longer under our control, and any issues with shipping should be raised with Australia Post directly.

If you are a doctor, nurse, paramedic/ambulance worker, defence force, police officer, or other emergency service worker/volunteer, please email us at orders@armoriandiving.com.au for a discount on prints (excluding photobooks).
